Yoga is a practice that aims to unite the body and mind by encouraging the participant to bring consciousness to their movement and stillness. Either facilitated through a Hatha practice or a more energetic practice of Vinyasa Flow, Natasha is always utilizing the fundamental principles of Body-Mind Centering® where there is an interplay in the discovery of the inner life through to the external facets of expression. Body-Mind Centering® highlights all the systems of the body including: organs, endocrine glands, nervous system, ligamentous and fascial systems, muscles, and bones.
